VMAC karate hollywood florida provides a uniquely traditional approach to the teaching of martial arts. Instruction is offered in traditional Japanese Goju ryu Karate.

The basic principles within our school includes respect, confidence, discipline, mental alertness, and a positive attitude. Teaching self confidence and the development of Character through self-defense skills by focusing on how we can resolve conflicts peacefully as a first alternative.
